Pittosporum

Pittosporum colesoni
A larger form of tenufolium with rounded, rich green leaves. A fast growing tree or large shrub ideal for shelter, shade and filling large areas. Will grow up to 6m+ but can be pruned to size.
 
Pittosporum crassifolium
This NZ native is incredibly hardy to all conditions and is a great choice for hedging or shelter in coastal gardens. The tough, leathery leaves can handle salt, strong wind and pollution. If left it will form a small tree like bush of 5m x 3m but can be trimmed to required height.
 
Pittosporum eugenoides (Lemonwood)
This large native shrub or small tree is often used for hedging and screens. The common name refers to the citrus smell given off from the leaves especially when crushed. A quick growing plant that is very hardy. Can be pruned for size and shape. 5m x 3m

(tenufolium) A dense upright evergreen shrub with almost black branches and glossy dark green foliage. An ideal screen, filler or hedge. Plant in free draining soil in a sunny spot. Prune regularly for shape and size. 3m x 2m

Another superb miniature form. Bright green foliage compared to Midget's blue-green but the same rounded habit that is popular for pots, hedging and features. Easily pruned to retain shape and size. 70cm x 70cm

(Pittosporum tenufolium) A fantastic addition to the Pittosporum line up. The naturally rounded habit can be enhanced with regularly pruning. Ideal for low hedging, container specimens or used as feature specimens. 70cm x 70cm

(Pittosporum tenufolium) This hardy native shrub is often used for hedging. Also a useful filler or a background shrub. Small lime- green foliage is easy to prune and forms a dense shrub. If left it will grow to 4m but can be easily trimmed to 1.8- 2m. Plant approximately 1m apart to achieve this.

(Pittosporum tenufolium) Our best hedging Pittosporum! Great foliage colour, a dense bushy habit, fast growing and very hardy. Excellent choice for hedging and screening or as a filler in the garden. Trim regularly for size and shape. Needs full sun but will grow in most soils. 4m x 2m but can be kept to size.

A colourful hybrid with strong yellow marking on the leaf edge that fades to a silvery cream. A hardy native suitable for screens, fillers and hedges. Great for background colour as well. 3m x 2m
